We offer a 3-day return window, which means you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping Policy
Customers are required to arrange and bear the cost of returning the product. At this time, Pink Petal does not offer reverse pickup services for return requests.
Once your return request has been approved, our support team will share the return address and instructions via email. You may choose any trusted courier service to send the package back to us.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We currently do not provide direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase a different item may return an eligible product and place a new order separately once the return process has been completed.
European Union Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. Returned items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the amount reflects in your account.
